Dalitso Chiwayula
Executive Director
Dalitso Chiwayula is an executive director of CCDO and a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow. He studied certificate in Civic Leadership at Kansas State University Staley School of Leadership Studies in the United States of America. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Malawi where he focused on socio-economic and political issues affecting rural communities. Apart from focusing on initiating, designing, and implementing activities, he also provides leadership, administrative and financial guidance for CCDO. Dalitso is motivated by his commitment to sustainable social and economic development and he envisions a transformed society where women have equal access to economy with men, in the rural society
Shora Kauluka
Associate Technical Advisor
Shora Manuel kauluka is man with vast experience in project management for 15years. He has worked in Malawi, Democratic Republic Of Congo and Zimbabwe in similar fields. His remarkable contributions in his career is his sole pioneering of Humana People to People fundraising project in DRC in 2008. In addition, he has been one of the pioneering team of donor funded projects in Malawi and Zimbabwe. He has managed donor funded projects  ranging from 500,000 to 6,000,000 united states dollars. He has designed and developed projects and systems in Zimbabwe, South Africa,  Zambia and Malawi. Has run projects funded by USDA, EUROPEAN UNION, DFID, USAID, UNICEF just to mention a few.
Joel M Sibande
Volunteer Coordinator
Joel M sibale  volunteer coordinator for CCDO, he holds an advanced diploma in mass communication and journalism. He also hold a certificate in monitoring and evaluation and SPSS.Â
Joel has worked with several organization in Malawi which include MBC as a news reporter, TNM as community sensitization team leader 10 months on mpamba and moyo cover projects. World vision 5 months as a media personel (mzimba) THAO tovwirane HIV And AIDS  Organization 2 years as data entry officer then volunteer coordinator in ICS (international citizens service) project. He is passionate about understanding the cultural trend of poor Malawians and the thread that endures them to such situation. He dream to see a better Malawi with good heath service and  reduced rate of poverty.
Precious Mtuwa
Women Advocate
Precious Mtuwa works as a  Community Mobilizer and Women advocate for CCDO she is also a Journalist  based in Blantyre, Malawi. She did his studies at Polytechnic Continuing Education Centre, she further proceeded to work as a reporter,she has been in the industry for two years and she is still working as a reporter, she mostly report on human interest stories as she is able to voice out issues that matter to people. She has a passion for a girl empowerment.
Edna Charle
Community Mobilizer
Edna Charle is a teacher by professional.  Has two years work experience working with CCDO. Edna lead a need assessment survey for the women empowerment program in rural Community of Malawi. She assist in community mobilization and women empowerment program design for CCDO.
Prisca Yuwa
Project Officer
Prisca Yuwa is a project officer for CCDO. She has been working for the organization for 2 years as a volunteer in disseminating project informational to the community for CCDO. She has been engaged in various women empowerment programs like Village Loan Savings and livestock revolving project. She has a passion to see equal participation of men and women in political and economic areas in the community.
Boniface Mbewe
Programs Manager
is Programs Manager of CCDO. He has more than six years work experience working with the rural community under Chipembere Community Development Organiztion. He holds a diploma in Community Development from Kwa zulu Natal University, South Africa. He managed a CCDO project in 2011-2013 called M4 (Manga Malawi, Manga MANASO) targeting in & out of school rural marginalized youth. The project was aimed at equipping the youths with knowledge & capacity development on how they can access youth friendly health services (YFHS) in health facilities around Thyolo. He has got a passion to see a world where a gap between the poor and the rich is completely closed.
